  Ms. CANTWELL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that following 
the cloture vote on the Pryor nomination, the Senate recess until 4:30 
p.m.; that if cloture is invoked on the Pryor nomination, the vote on 
confirmation occur at 4:30 p.m.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Ms. CANTWELL. For the information of the Senate, two rollcall votes 
are expected to occur at 4:30 p.m. Those votes will be on the 
confirmation of the Pryor nomination and cloture on the Contreras 
nomination. Additional rollcall votes are expected later this evening.
