  HONORING AND CELEBRATING THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF REPRESENTATIVE DON 
                                 YOUNG

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 565, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

       A resolution (S. Res. 565) honoring and celebrating the 
     life and legacy of Representative Don Young.
