  SA 5016. Mr. LANKFORD submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 6968, to prohibit the importation of energy 
products of the Russian Federation, and for other purposes; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 3, strike lines 8 through 11, and insert the 
     following:
       (A) has ceased hostilities toward Ukraine and withdrawn all 
     forces from the territory of Ukraine;
