                 COVID-19 AMERICAN HISTORY PROJECT ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and 
pass the bill (H.R. 4738) to direct the American Folklife Center at the 
Library of Congress to establish a history project to collect video and 
audio recordings of personal histories and testimonials, written 
materials, and photographs of those who were affected by COVID-19, and 
for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were 
ordered.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the 
gentlewoman from Pennsylvania (Ms. Scanlon) that the House suspend the 
rules and pass the bill, as amended.
