  SA 5009. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 5008 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the amendment SA 5007 proposed by Mr. 
Schumer to the bill H.R. 4521, to provide for a coordinated Federal 
research initiative to ensure continued United States leadership in 
engineering biology; as follows:

        On page 1, line 1, strike ``6 days'' and insert ``7 
     days''.
