  SA 5006. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 5005 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the bill H.R. 4521, to provide for a 
coordinated Federal research initiative to ensure continued United 
States leadership in engineering biology; as follows:

        On page 1, line 2, strike ``3 days'' and insert ``4 
     days''.
