                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, this is the last vote of the evening.
  I ask that the Senate proceed to executive session to vote on the 
confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 677, the nomination of Alison 
Nathan, under the previous order.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will 
proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the Nathan 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Alison J. Nathan, of New 
York, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.
