                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask that the Senate proceed to executive 
session and vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 685, the 
nomination of Anne Traum, under the previous order.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will 
proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the Traum 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination of Anne 
Rachel Traum, of Nevada, to be United States District Judge for the 
District of Nevada.
