  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate

proceed to executive session and vote for the confirmation of Executive 
Calendar No. 679, the nomination of John Chun, under the previous 
order.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will 
proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the Chun 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of John H. Chun, of 
Washington, to be United States District Judge for the Western District 
of Washington.
