                           Order of Business

  Mr. SCHUMER. OK. Folks, once again, it is Wednesday night. We are 
going to try to repeat the same success we had the last few Wednesdays 
and not drag this out for too long. So I urge Members to either sit in 
their chairs or be around the Chamber. We have a whole bunch of votes.
  I ask unanimous consent that any remaining votes tonight be 10-minute 
votes.
