                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. CARDIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session and vote on the confirmation of Executive 
Calendar No. 683, the nomination of Julie Rubin, under the previous 
order.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will 
proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the Rubin 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The bill clerk read the nomination of Julie Rebecca Rubin, of 
Maryland, to be United States District Judge for the District of 
Maryland.
