PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 963, FORCED ARBITRATION INJUSTICE
REPEAL ACT OF 2022, AND PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 2116,

The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on ordering the previous question on
the resolution (H. Res. 979) providing for consideration of the bill
(H.R. 963) to amend title 9 of the United States Code with respect to
arbitration, and providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2116) to
prohibit discrimination based on an individual's texture or style of
hair on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
