            EXTENSION OF CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2022

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.J. Res. 75, which was 
received from the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the joint resolution by 
title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 75) making further continuing 
     appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, 
     and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint 
resolution.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the joint resolution be 
considered read a third time.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The joint resolution was ordered to a third reading and was read the 
third time.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I know of no further debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
  Hearing none, the joint resolution having been read the third time, 
the question is, Shall the joint resolution pass?
  The joint resolution (H.J. Res. 75) was passed.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
