                  ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 2022

  Mr. CASEY. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it recess until 10 a.m. on 
Thursday, March 10; and that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two 
leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and the Senate be 
in a period of morning business with Senators permitted to speak 
therein for up to 10 minutes each.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. CASEY. The Senate will not be in session tomorrow.
