Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it recess until 10:30 a.m.,
Tuesday, March 8, and that following the prayer and pledge, the time
for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day;
further, that the Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to
allow for the weekly caucus meetings; finally, that all time during the
adjournment, recess, morning business, and leader remarks be counted
postcloture on H.R. 3076.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
Mr. SCHUMER. For the information of Senators, we will continue to
process the Postal Service Reform bill and hope to complete its action
during Tuesday's session.
