  SA 4976. Mr. KENNEDY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 3076, to provide stability to and enhance the 
services of the United States Postal Service, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. __. INCLUSION OF BRAILLE GUIDES WITH COVID-19 TESTS.

       The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall provide 
     with each at-home test for SARS-CoV-2 sent to individuals by 
     mail a braille guide describing how to use and interpret such 
     test.
