ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2022, THROUGH MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2022

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro 
forma sessions only, with no business being conducted on the following 
dates and times, and that following each pro forma session, the Senate 
adjourn until the next pro forma session: Friday, February 18 at 9 
a.m.; Tuesday, February 22 at 3 p.m.; and Friday, February 25 at 2 p.m. 
I further ask that when the Senate adjourns on Friday, February 25, it 
next convene at 3 p.m., Monday, February 28; that following the prayer 
and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be 
reserved for their use later in the day, Senator Leahy be recognized to 
deliver Washington's Farewell Address, as provided under the previous 
order; and that following his remarks, morning business be closed and 
the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar 
No. 139, H.R. 3755; further, that the cloture motions filed during 
today's session ripen at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 28.
