NATIONAL DAY OF REMEMBRANCE FOR THE WORKERS OF THE NUCLEAR
WEAPONS PROGRAM OF THE UNITED STATES
Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and
the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 438.

The bill clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 438) designating October 30, 2021, as
a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear
weapons program of the United States.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.

resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
