            Unanimous Consent Agreement--Executive Calendar

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that all 
postcloture time on the Califf nomination be expired and that the vote 
on confirmation be at 12 noon, Tuesday, February 15, and that if the 
nomination is confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of 
the Senate's action.
