                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2022

  Mr. DURBIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 3 p.m., Monday, 
February 14; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, 
and morning business be closed; that upon the conclusion of morning 
business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to 
Calendar No. 266, H.R. 3076, the Postal Service Reform Act; that the 
cloture motions filed during today's session of the Senate ripen at 
5:30 p.m.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. DURBIN. For the information of Senators, we expect to have one 
rollcall vote at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
