          POSTAL SERVICE REFORM ACT OF 2022--Motion to Proceed

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 266, 
H.R. 3076.

       Motion to proceed to H.R. 3076, a bill to provide stability 
     to and enhance the services of the United States Postal 
     Service, and for other purposes.
