SUPPLEMENTAL IMPACT AID FLEXIBILITY ACT
The SPEAKER. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the unfinished business
is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (S.
2959) to provide that, due to the disruptions caused by COVID-19,
applications for impact aid funding for fiscal year 2023 may use
certain data submitted in the fiscal year 2022 application, on which
the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

the motion offered by the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Scott) that the
House suspend the rules and pass the bill.
