AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE ROTUNDA OF THE CAPITOL
Mr. MURPHY. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of S. Con. Res. 25, which was received
today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title.
The legislative clerk read as follows:
A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 25) authorizing the
use of the rotunda of the Capitol for the lying in state of
the remains of the Honorable Harry Mason Reid, Jr., a Senator
from the State of Nevada.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
concurrent resolution.
Mr. MURPHY. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the
concurrent resolution be agreed to and that the motion to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or
debate.
