proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the following 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination of Anne A. 
Witkowsky, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Secretary of State (Conflict 
and Stabilization Operations).
