                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the following nominations en bloc: Calendar Nos. 539 and 
540; that the Senate vote on the nominations en bloc without 
intervening action or debate; that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate; that any statements related to the nominations be printed in 
the Record; and that the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
nominations en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the nominations of Rostin Behnam, of Maryland, to be 
Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission; and Rostin 
Behnam, of Maryland, to be a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures 
Trading Commission for a term expiring June 19, 2026 (Reappointment), 
en bloc?
  The nominations were confirmed en bloc.
