present I would have voted yes on rollcall vote No. 492 on the Motion 
to Invoke Cloture on Lucy Koh, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Ninth 
Circuit.
  I was necessarily absent, but had I been present I would have voted 
yes on rollcall vote No. 493 on the Motion to Invoke Cloture on 
Jennifer Sung, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
