                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Ms. CANTWELL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate consider the following nominations en bloc: Calendar Nos. 497, 
597, and 598; that the Senate vote on the nominations en bloc without 
intervening action or debate; that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate; that any statement related to the nominations be printed in the 
Record and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's 
actions.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the 
nominations of Nickolas Guertin, of Virginia, to be Director of 
Operational Test and Evaluation, Department of Defense; John Bradley 
Sherman, of Texas, to be Chief Information Officer of the Department of 
Defense; and Carrie Frances Ricci, of Virginia, to be General Counsel 
of the Department of the Army?
  The nominations were confirmed en bloc.
