  SA 4883. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 4882 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the bill S. 1605, to designate the National 
Pulse Memorial located at 1912 South Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida, 
and for other purposes; as follows:

        On page 1, line 3, strike ``5 days'' and insert ``4 
     days''.
