  Mr. SCHUMER. Finally, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now 
resume consideration of the Rosenworcel nomination, as provided under 
the previous order.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Thereupon, the Senate resume consideration of the nomination of 
Jessica Rosenworcel, of Connecticut, to be a Member of the Federal 
Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2020.
