EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
Mr. KING. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination,
Calendar No. 475; that the Senate vote on the nomination; the motion to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table; that no further
motions be in order to the nomination; that any statements related to
the nomination be printed in the Record; and that the President be
immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume
legislative session, all with no intervening action or debate.

The clerk will report the nomination.
The legislative clerk read the nomination of Corey Hinderstein, of
Virginia, to be Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear
Nonproliferation, National Nuclear Security Administration.
Thereupon, the Senate proceeded to consider the nomination.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the Hinderstein nomination?
The nomination was confirmed.
