TSA REACHING ACROSS NATIONALITIES, SOCIETIES, AND LANGUAGES TO ADVANCE 
                         TRAVELER EDUCATION ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Carter of Louisiana). Pursuant to clause 
8 of rule XX, the unfinished business is the vote on the motion to 
suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 5574) to require the TSA to 
develop a plan to ensure that TSA material disseminated in major 
airports can be better understood by more people accessing such 
airports, and for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and 
nays were ordered.
