                ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2021

  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., 
Wednesday, November 17; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and morning business be closed; that upon the conclusion of 
morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume 
consideration of the Nelson nomination.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. For the information of the Senate, there will be two 
rollcall votes at 10 a.m. on cloture on the Nelson nomination and 
cloture on the motion to proceed to the NDAA.
