  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the

Res. 451 regarding Max Cleland submitted earlier today.

       A resolution (S. Res. 451) honoring the life and legacy of 
     the late Senator Max Cleland.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
