                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following 
nominations en bloc: Calendar Nos. 466, 509, and 358; that the Senate 
vote on the nominations en bloc without intervening action or debate; 
the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table 
with no intervening action or debate; that any statements related to 
the nominations be printed in the Record; that the President be 
immediately notified of the Senate's action, and the Senate resume 
legislative session.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the following 
nominations, en bloc: subject to qualifications provided by law, the 
following for Director, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration 
Commissioned Officer Corps and Office of Marine and Aviation Operations 
to be Rear Admiral, Nancy A. Hann; Willie L. Phillips, Jr., of the 
District of Columbia, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2026; and Richard Trumka, Jr., 
of Maryland, to be a Commissioner of the Consumer Product Safety 
Commission for a term of seven years from October 27, 2021?
  The nominations were confirmed en bloc.
