The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Peters). Under the previous order, the
question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Williams
nomination?
Mrs. MURRAY. I ask for the yeas and nays.

Mr. THUNE. The following Senators are necessarily absent: the Senator
