The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
Without objection, it is so ordered.

Thereupon, the Senate proceeded to consider the nominations en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the Flake, Udall, and Kennedy nominations en bloc?
The nominations were confirmed en bloc.
Mr. SCHUMER. I yield to the Senator from Arizona for an additional
