  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, if there is no further business to come 
before the Senate, I ask unanimous consent that it stand adjourned

  There being no objection, as a further mark of respect to the late 
Adlai Ewing Stevenson III, former Senator for the State of Illinois,
