MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME EN BLOC--S. 2868, H.R. 3755, AND H.R. 5323

Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I understand that there are three bills
at the desk, and I ask for their first reading en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bills by title for the
first time en bloc.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

A bill (S. 2868) to temporarily extend the public debt
     limit until December 16, 2022.
       A bill (H.R. 3755) to protect a person's ability to
determine whether to continue or end a pregnancy, and to
protect a health care provider's ability to provide abortion
     services.
A bill (H.R. 5323) making supplemental appropriations for
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other
     purposes.

Mr. SCHUMER. I now ask for a second reading, and I object to my own
request, all en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard.
The bills will be read for a second time on the next legislative day.
