  EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE DESIGNATION OF THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 13, 
 2021, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 17, 2021, AS ``NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS WEEK'' 
TO CELEBRATE THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF SMALL BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS IN 
                  EVERY COMMUNITY IN THE UNITED STATES

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 379, submitted 
earlier today.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the 
resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 379) expressing support for the 
     designation of the week of September 13, 2021, through 
     September 17, 2021, as ``National Small Business Week'' to 
     celebrate the contributions of small businesses and 
     entrepreneurs in every community in the United States.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I further ask that the resolution be 
agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 379) was agreed to.
