  HONORING MISSOURIANS WHO MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE IN AFGHANISTAN

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Armed Services be discharged from further consideration and the 
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 357.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the 
resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 357) honoring Missourians who made 
     the ultimate sacrifice in Afghanistan.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate 
proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. DURBIN. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
