SETTING FORTH THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET FOR THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT 
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 AND SETTING FORTH THE APPROPRIATE BUDGETARY LEVELS 
         FOR FISCAL YEARS 2023 THROUGH 2031--Motion to Proceed

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 122, 
S. Con. Res. 14, the concurrent resolution on the budget.

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 122, S. Con. Res. 14, a 
     concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget 
     for the United States Government for fiscal year 2022 and 
     setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal 
     years 2023 through 2031.
