EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination,
which the clerk will report.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination of Eunice
C. Lee, of New York, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second
Circuit.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the Lee nomination?
