                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate 
consider the following nomination: Calendar No. 294.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the nomination.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination of Stacey 
A. Dixon, of the District of Columbia, to be Principal Deputy Director 
of National Intelligence.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate vote on the 
nomination with no intervening action or debate; that if confirmed, the 
motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, all 
with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in 
order to the nomination; that any statements related to the nomination 
be printed in the Record; and that the President be immediately 
notified of the Senate's action.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Dixon 
nomination?
  The nomination was confirmed.
