NATIONAL WHISTLEBLOWER APPRECIATION DAY
Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 324, submitted earlier
today.

A resolution (S. Res. 324) designating July 30, 2021, as
``National Whistleblower Appreciation Day''.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
