  CONGRATULATING THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA SOONERS SOFTBALL TEAM ON 
   WINNING THE 2021 NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION WOMEN'S 
                          COLLEGE WORLD SERIES

  Mrs. GILLIBRAND. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from 
further consideration and that the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 291.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 291) congratulating the University of 
     Oklahoma Sooners softball team on winning the 2021 National 
     Collegiate Athletic Association Women's College World Series.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mrs. GILLIBRAND. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be 
agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
