     authorize funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety 
     programs, and transit programs, and for other purposes.

     do hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 100, H.R. 3684, a bill to authorize 
     funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, and 
     transit programs, and for other purposes.
