  Ms. CORTEZ MASTO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that all 
postcloture time on the Cunningham nomination be expired and that at 
5:30 p.m., Monday, July 19, the Senate vote on confirmation of the 
nomination; further, that if the nomination is confirmed, the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the President 
be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
