bipartisan Senate resolution honoring the ``greatest generation,'' S.
Res. 238.

Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and
the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 238.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.

Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
Mr. TUBERVILLE. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed
to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
The resolution (S. Res. 238) was agreed to.
  The preamble was agreed to.
(The resolution, with its preamble, is printed in the Record of May
26, 2021, under ``Submitted Resolutions.'')
Mr. TUBERVILLE. I yield the floor.
