                      Unanimous Consent Agreement

  Mr. CARDIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture vote with respect to the 
nomination of Tommy P. Beaudreau, to be Deputy Secretary of the 
Interior, occur following the disposition of the Griggsby nomination.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
  Mr. CARDIN. Mr. President, for the information of all Senators, this 
means that there will be three rollcall votes beginning at 3:15 p.m. 
this afternoon.
