resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no
intervening action or debate.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

The preamble was agreed to.
(The resolution, with its preamble, is printed in today's Record
under ``Submitted Resolutions.'')
Mr. SCOTT of Florida. Mr. President, it is with heavy heart that I
stand here today and remember this dark day in Florida's history. I
thank my colleagues for joining me to honor the 49 lives lost far too
soon in a terror attack on Pulse nightclub nearly 5 years ago. While
nothing can ever bring back the lives lost, I am glad we are able to
come together to stand for love and kindness over hate and evil in this
world.
I yield the floor.
